So from yesterday’s Apple event we learned that those carriers in the US that were already carrying the iPhone, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint, will carry the LTE equipped iPhone 5 (sorry T-Mobile). That being said, Verizon has stated that they will be opening their site for pre-orders starting at 3:00 in the morning. If history will repeat itself, and with these Apple launches they tend to, then this phone should be sold out by the time most people wake up. In the event that there are phones still available, the brick and mortar Verizon stores will be accepting pre-orders starting at 8:00 am. The 16 GB iPhone 5 will be $199.99, the 32 GB model for $299.99, and the 64 GB model for $399.99 on a new two-year agreement. So, get some sleep, or stay up watching the clock. Either way, if you’re planning to be one of the first people to get the new iPhone, tomorrow is looking like the day the floodgates open.
