The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is the newest Android tablet to land at Big Red, and it’s definitely stepping up the lineup. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 launches with a7.7-inch 1280 x 800 display and 1.4 GHz dual-core processor. 4G LTE is on board for blazing speeds for surfing the web. Now, the disappointing fact is that it comes with Honeycomb (Android 3.2) installed. Really, Samsung? As you could imagine it’s slated to receive ICS any day now, but let’s hope that means before summer. There is a 3.2-megapixel camera for 720p recording, and 16 GB of on-board memory and the possibility of an extra 32 GB via the microSD slot.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 wil set you back $499 with the addition of a 2 GB data plan for $30. So, who’s getting one of these this Thursday?
